The Climb to onelevel

onelevel was created when a friend suggested I sell my handmade jewelry on Etsy instead of Ebay. I had never heard of Etsy and became an instant fan. However, my handmade jewelry did not sell.

As an avid collector of vintage jewelry and always a treasure hunter, I started listing vintage jewelry in my shop and the rest is history. Now I am exclusively vintage/costume jewelry with occasional vintage items, old books or ladies accessories, such as hosiery.

The name onelevel came from having a website where I was already selling my handmade jewelry and I considered this the next level or one level of the boutique or virtual shop. At one point I did open another handmade exclusive shop on Etsy but again my success in handmade jewelry is not what I have experienced in the vintage arena.

I am thankful to all my customers for my sales. In this economy anyone who can find the extra money to spend on what they love, I feel they, [my customers] are making great sacrifices to own the pieces I sell. I strive to sell them unique and rare pieces at the best prices possible.
